Episcopal Church Women Coffee

This year the annual ECW Coffee will be at the Mote-Morris House on Magnolia. The Coffee will be from 10:30 to Noon on Saturday, September 11. Come join us for a fun time and an opportunity to tour this historic Leesburg house! All women of St. James are invited!

2010-2011 Academic Year Worship Schedule

Our Fall Schedule begins on Sunday, September 12. Services are at 8:00 AM, 9:30 AM, and 11:30 AM. Children's Chapel begins at 9:30 in the St. James Chapel. Adult Class begins at 10:45. Note: 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM services combine to a single 10:00 AM service on September 19, October 17, October 24, and November 21. This is in connection with 125th Anniversary events or Consecration Sunday, October 24.

125th Anniversary Games and Picnic

Come join us at 11:00 AM, September 19, for a time of games and a grilled barbeque hot dog/brat/Italian sausage picnic with all sorts of extra dishes! You are asked to bring a dessert. The games are mostly for children and adults to do together. We finish with a kickball game. The lower parking lot will be closed off during the 10:00 AM service.

A Taste of St. James

This event takes place on Thursday, September 30, at 6:00 PM in the Parish Hall. It is a gathering with fancy hors d'oevres and an array of beverages. The tickets are $20 for each person and can be purchased after the services or from the church office. This is a fund raiser to help the Jamaica Medical Mission.

St. Francis Blessing of Animals

Does your pet need help? St. Francis Day is Monday, October 4. At 6:00 PM we will have a service for blessing of animals. Bring your dog, cat, or other pet for a blessing. It is a fun time of gathering! Fights between animals is prohibited!
